Access Rugby

Access Rugby is a NON-CONTACT program specifically designed for athletes with disabilities, including boys and girls ages 5 - 23. The program involves modified rugby drills and skill-based games mixed with occupational therapy related activities. Learn more about our Access Rugby program. Rookie Rugby

Rookie Rugby is a NON-CONTACT sport intended for boys and girls grades K - 4. This program will teach your children the game of rugby in a positive environment, ending each session with a competition. Check back for calendar of next sessions.

Registration Instructions:

We will have a limited number of scholarships available that will cover all or part of your registration fees. Please contact us by email if you'd like more information.

1)Pay your Elmhurst Rugby registration fee via paypal or check. Email us for postal mailing address. Processing fees are added into all paypal purchases. If you have more than one child participating, please contact us by email so we can provide instructions to receive your family discounted rate.

2)Complete the Google registration form.

3)Print and complete the participation waiver. You will need to provide an Elmhurst Rugby coach or administrator your printed/signed waiver before the athlete is allowed to participate.

4) Register with Rugby Illinois through their website. Elmhurst Rugby is a member of Rugby Illinois (RIL) and USA Rugby. Registration through RIL provides you membership with USA Rugby, which is a national requirement and lasts for one year starting August 1. Note: If RIL website is experiencing difficulties, return to this step of registration later, but don't delay registration with Elmhurst Rugby.

Rugby Illinois Registration $55 (HS), $45 (MS) and $5 (Non-Contact)
Elmhurst High School Dues $300

Non-Contact - Access Rugby $25

Annual HS and MS Dues Include

Dues will include match shorts and socks for first year players. All registered players will receive a training top. We intend to purchase other items for the club in 2018 as the budget permits. Match jerseys are provided, but owned by the club and not taken home by the athletes. Our club is an approved federal 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization administered and coached entirely by volunteers.
